Aisha Hinds is an American actor best famous for her role in the TV shows The Shield and True Blood. Her versatility has been demonstrated in TV series including 9-1-1 Detroit 1, 8-7 and Under the Dome since she made her debut with an acting role in 2003. Her first recognition came from her character Anna in 2005's film Assault on Precinct 13. However it was her performance as feminist activists Fannie Lou Hamer from the documentary film All the Way that finally earned her acclaim as an actress. Hind was also acknowledged for her portrayal of Harriet Tubman in WGN America's period television drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television has renewed the series to a third season. Hind has recently finished filming the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters. It is set to be released in mid-2019. The father Krishnaraj is an Army scientist who passed away on in March of 2017. Mother Vrinda was a domestic worker. Her older brother is Aditya Rai who works as an engineer in the merchant navy. His brother wrote and produced Dil Ka Rishta, along with his mom. Arya Vidya Mandir was the high school where Bachchan attended when her family relocated to Mumbai. Jai Hind College where she was a student for the entire year. finished her second year of school before enrolling in D.G. Ruparel College Matunga, where she scored a 90% mark for her H.S.C. exams. She spent five years in adolescence doing classical dance and studying music. Zuology was Bachchan's favorite subject. Bachchan was a student at architecture in 1994 when she was named Miss World. This title was a boost to her career in the model industry. Her contract was lucrative in the form of Vogue magazine and PepsiCo Inc., along with an L'Oreal Paris spokesperson contract in 2003. She played two celebrated role: Iruvar and Aur pyaar hogaia. Bachchan rose to prominence as a star in her role in the New Bollywood because both films changed the Bollywood film structure completely upside down. Bachchan was cemented as the Queen of New Bollywood after her portrayal of the role in Devdas 2002, one the most acclaimed Bollywood films. This film also became the first Bollywood film to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival. Chokher bali (2003) was the following film in which she won the praise of her peers. The film is a suspense based on Rabindranath Tagore's novel. In the same year she was an the only Indian actress to be a member of the Cannes Film Festival jury. Bachchan was as a character in Gurinder Chadha's Bride and Prejudice a musical and dance adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. Her beauty and her fame are then combined for her debut English film. In 2006, she returned to Bollywood with the hit film Dhoom: 2 before releasing Provoked: The True Story (2006). Abhishek Bachchan married her in April 2007. He is both a Bollywood superstar and a regular co-star.
